Obituary
Sean Michael Corbin, 52, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 30 , 2019, at his home.
He was born May 12, 1967, in Evergreen Park, Illinois, the son of Dennis M. and Mary Rose (Heinz) Corbin Sr. Sean married Jennifer Lynn Peterson on September 6, 1997, in DeKalb, Illinois.
Sean graduated from Wheaton North High School Class of 1985 and received an Associate Degree from Kishwaukee College. He also attended Southern Illinois University and Northern Illinois University. Sean was employed by Power Equipment Company for several years and most currently employed by Nicor Gas.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; three children, Emily Corbin, Jack Corbin and Clarissa Corbin; one brother, Dennis Michael Corbin Jr. and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at the Anderson Funeral Home in DeKalb. With Rev. Joseph Gastiger of the First Congregational United Church of Christ officiating. A reception will follow services.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to noon at the Anderson Funeral Home.
Interment of cremated remains will be at a later date.
