Skye Valerie Mosby, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb.

Even in her short time here, Skye was loved every single minute of her life. She is survived by her parents, Jessica Webb and Chase Mosby; her siblings Izaiah Webb, Kayla "Kaisen" Webb and Mia Adeoti, all of DeKalb; her maternal grandparents, Darlene and Ellingsworth Webb of DeKalb. She was preceded in death by her sister Lanre Naomi Adeoti. 

A private family graveside service will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024 at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb. With Rev. G. Joseph Mitchell of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church of DeKalb officiating.
