Samantha Rene English of Rockford formerly of DeKalb passed away on November 28, 2024. Samantha Rene Gordon was born in DeKalb on October 23, 1988 to Randall and Catherine Gordon.  She Graduated from DeKalb High School, Attended Bradley University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University.

Samantha Married Terrell English on May 6th, 2016.

Samantha is survived by her husband Terrell; her children Viviana (8) and Orion (4 weeks); Parents Randy and Cathy Gordon; sister Caitlin Gordon; grandmother Carol Oesterle and many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Samantha was an avid Reader, Intelligent, and had a great sense of humor. She was a very loving mother and friend. She cared about her family above all.
