Robert Lee Quitno, 77, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Crescent Care of Elgin.

He was born November 13, 1946, in DeKalb, Illinois, the son of Fred and Ida (Hast) Quitno.

Robert was a Veteran of the US Army.

He is survived by his sons and daughter Andy  (Sabrina) Quitno, Courtney  (Per) Faivre, Matt (Nilkila) Quitno, and Jordan (Vania) Quitno; his grandchildren Trinity, Destinee, Giani, Rowen, Tristan, Anders, Aiden, Zoey, Adaline, Max, Serenity,  Tearra, Ciara, Iyanna; his great grandchildren Matyas and Koa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will celebrate his life at a later date.

Interment of cremated remains will be at Fairview Park Cemetery, in DeKalb, Illinois, with Full Military Honors by DeKalb American Legion Post 66.
