Norman E. Heiden, 92, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center.

He was born May 6, 1933, in Newton, Iowa, the Son of George and Lucille (Caulkins) Heiden. Norman married Ruth Boudreau on May 10, 1958, in DeKalb.

He is survived by his daughter Luann Cullison of Sycamore; his son Norman Heiden (Jill) of Dixon; his grandson Jordan (Hannah) Grubbs; his great-grandchildren Kaylin and Lucas; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of Florida. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth; his son Jerry L. Heiden; his stepson Daniel (Susan) Hollis and his parents.

There will be no services. Interment of cremated remains will be at a later date at Fairview Park Cemetery, in DeKalb, Illinois.
