Norma Wildenradt, 93, of Sycamore, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb. 

She was born October 26, 1932, in Malta, Illinois, the daughter of Walter and Mildred (Lindaas) Sanderson.  Norma married the love of her life, Robert Wildenradt on September 7, 1952.

Norma loved growing up on the family farm with her eight siblings. She was employed at Collegiate Cap & Gown and later at Chicago Title in Sycamore. Norma sang along with her three older sisters in performances that include the WLS Barn Dance, Breakfast Club Show and Morris B Sachs Amateur Hour.  Norma was always smiling and fun to be around. She learned her strong work ethic from her parents and her family. Norma was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Sycamore and cherished spending time with her family, especially at the family lake house. Norma also enjoyed gatherings with her ladies coffee group. 

She is survived by her husband Robert of 74 years; her children Sandra (James) Plescia of Sycamore, Sharon (Carl) Henke of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin,  and Roger Wildenradt of Richmond, Texas;  her grandchildren Amanda (Todd) Kowalski, Tyler Engh (Kelly), Carshon (Sean) Henke-McCarthy, Amy (Raphael) Davis, Adam (Nicole) Henke, Brooke Wildenradt, Robert Wildenradt, Carson Wildenradt and Charlotte Wildenradt; her great grandchildren Madison, Jack, Lennon, Ellis, Ava, Fiona, Liam, Cullen, Hayley, Charlotte, Colston, Olivia, Ayden, Evan and Owen; her sister Mary Ann Bross of Claire, Illinois; and her brother Ronald Sanderson of  Humboldt, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Walter Sanderson Jr. and Gerald Sanderson; her sisters Donna Guehler, Wilma Watson, LuAnn Baker and Elaine Lawrence.

The Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2026, at Salem Lutheran Church, 1145 DeKalb Ave, Sycamore, with Deacon Marti Bein officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb. 

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, at the church.
