MA AMELIA MORALES

Ma Amelia Morales of Sycamore, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. 

She was born in Mexico on March 13,1962 to Jose de Jesus Celedon.

She is survived by her husband Merced. Mother of Maurico, Maritza, and Magaly (Francisco). Grandmother of Victor Garcia, Andrey Garcia, Melanie Vazquez and Valerie Vazquez. Sister of Reynaldo, Ernesto, and Maria Fabiola.

She was preceded in death by her father.

A visitation will be held on Monday September 9, 2024 from 4pm to 6pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115. A funeral mass will follow at 6:30pm at St. Marys Church, 312 Fisk Ave, DeKalb, IL 60115.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday September 10, 2024 for a 11am gravesite service at Fairview Park Cemetery, DeKalb.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Morales, in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.

Nació en México el 13 de marzo de 1962, hija de José de Jesús Celedón.
Le sobrevive su esposo Merced. Madre de Maurico, Maritza y Magaly (Francisco). Abuela de Víctor García, Andrey García, Melanie Vázquez y Valerie Vázquez. Hermana de Reynaldo, Ernesto y María Fabiola.
Fue precedida en la muerte por su padre.
Se llevará a cabo un visitation el lunes 9 de septiembre del 2024 de 4 p.m. a 6 p.m. en Anderson Funeral Home, 2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115. A las 6:30 p.m. se celebrará una misa fúnebre en la Iglesia St. Marys, 312 Fisk Ave, DeKalb, IL 60115.
Familiares y amigos se reunirán el martes 10 de septiembre del 2024 para un servicio funerario a las 11 a.m. en el cementerio Fairview Park, DeKalb.
