Jay A Siedelberg, 43, of Cortland IL, passed away Friday December 19, 2025. 

He was born the 24th of December 1981 in Denison TX, the son of Mark and Johanna (Bradfield) Siedelberg and big brother to Travis. 

Jay married his wife, Tami Burkes on September 12th, 2020.

 Jay was an HVAC technician at McNally’s Heating and Cooling. He enjoyed watching football with family, summer BBQs, traveling with his family, and was an avid Chicago Bears fan. He was also part of a couple fantasy football leagues.

 He is preceded in death by his father; his grandparents Meg and Harry; and his grandfather John.

 Jay is survived by his wife Tami; his children Alexis, Anista, Kaden, Ryan, Kiley and Kelliann; his mother Johnna; his brother Travis; his grandmother Delores; and many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until Words of Remembrance beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, 2011 S. 4th St. DeKalb IL 60115.
