GRACIE ANNE SASSO-CLEVELAND

Gracie Anne Sasso-Cleveland of DeKalb passed away on May 7, 2023. Gracie was born, September 14, 2007 in Aurora, IL. Daughter of Ericka Lynn Sasso and Billy Cleveland Jr. Her adopted father Juan De Dios Sandoval-Gutierrez.

Her two sisters Heaven Garcia and Nikki Sasso and grandparents loved her deeply. Gracie had many friends and touched the lives of all who knew her.

She was an outgoing person who loved music. She knew how to play piano and violin. She was a self-taught artist who loved to draw. Gracie loved her pets. She was an animal lover, no matter the type of animal which is why she wanted to be a veterinarian.

She was loved by her friends and cherished by her mother deeply. Gracie and Ericka would bond over long drives, by singing their favorite songs. Gracie could turn any negative energy into positive with a smile on her face. She had a kind and gentle spirit about her. Gracie’s wish for the future was to pursue beauty school and obtain a drivers license.

Gracie will be missed by family members and friends.

Gracie’s sweet 16 and celebration of life will be held on Sunday May 21, 2023 at 5pm at Sycamore Park District, 480 Airport Rd, Sycamore, IL 60178.
