GEORGE E ZIDERS

George E. Ziders, 72, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026 after a brave battle with cancer.

He was born June 9, 1953 in Syracuse, New York, the son of George and Jean (Hall) Ziders.

He is survived by his wife of 44  years Ginny; his daughter Julie (Vince) Busse; his grandchildren Alex Godlewski, Emily Godlewski, Logan Godlewski, Taylor Busse, Brett Busse, and Kylea Busse; his sister HJ (Mark) Ziders.

He was preceded in death by his son Brian Costello and his parents.

A celebration of life will be held from 3pm to 5pm on March 27, 2026, at Stage Coach Players, 126 South 5th Street, DeKalb, Illinois, 60115.
