FRANKLIN MCDOWELL Obituary
Franklin McDowell of DeKalb passed away at home on April 4, 2025. He was born in Sandwich, IL the son of George F McDowell and Mary Ellen Coultrip. He spent his career as a truck driver. He is survived by his friend Paula Brunke and his children. A private interment will take place at a later date at Better Place Forest in Oregon.
