Donna R. Clark, 87, of DeKalb passed away Thursday morning January 16, 2025 at Oakcrest Retirement Center with family by her side.

Donna was born May 27, 1937. She was the daughter of Frank Swanson and Alice Swanson. She was married Ron Clark on Oct. 19, 1957, in San Diego, California.

Donna made many friends during her years of working for Sears, volunteering at the County Home and being a member of the Tea Teaphis group at the Malta Congregational Church. Prior to that she was a homemaker, did home daycare and worked at an insurance office while she lived in San Diego.  

She is survived by her three sons, Michael (Jennifer) Clark of DeKalb, Robert (Denise) Clark of Sycamore, and Timothy (Donna) Clark of Sycamore; She has eight grandchildren Joe , Andrew, Eric, Emily, Sarah, Ellyn, Tyler, and Ben, as well as many great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 22, at Anderson Funeral Home in DeKalb, with Rev. John Dorhauer of First Congregational Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow at Malta Cemetery.

A visitation will be from 4pm to 7pm on Tuesday January 21, at Anderson Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established for Donna R Clark in care of Anderson Funeral home.
