Deloris Ann “Sissy” Mullins, 77, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Aperion Care in DeKalb.

She was born February 3, 1948 in West Virginia, the daughter of Judge and Gladys (Brown) Mullins. 

Deloris helped raise her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Deloris remembered everyone’s birthday in the family, and she enjoyed spending time with family and visiting them in West Virginia.  

She is survived by her brother Harold (Sheila) Mullins of West Virginia; her sisters Nancy (Dave) Romans of Kentucky, Elsie Blankenship of Sycamore and Gail (Dale) Harding of West Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son in infancy, Gregory Harold;  her six brothers French, Judge Howard, Jack, Dwight, Douglas and Mack Mullins; her four sisters Helen Austin, Mabel Spradlin, Shelby Smith and Nell Flood. 

No services will be held.
