CHRISTINE CRANE Obituary
Christine Crane of DeKalb, passed away on June 30, 2023, with her family by her side at Kishwaukee
Hospital.
Christine was employed at Kishwaukee Hospital for 34 years and worked at Clovers Beauty Shop and
Phil-Louise Beauty Shop. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints in Sycamore. She loved baking Christmas cookies and wedding cakes.
Christine is survived by her daughter Rachel (Alan) Johnson; granddaughters Sarah Johnson, Emily
(Scott) Smith, and Laura Johnson; Nieces Rhonda (Jerry) Maness, Renee Crooke; Nephew Rick(Yvonne)
Crooke.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son William Tune; Siblings Nacola Crooke and Ila Karen
Gentry.
The Memorial Service will be held at 11am Saturday, August 19, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 675 Fox Avenue, Sycamore. Interment of cremated remains will be held at 2pm at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb.
