Brigitte Secrest, beloved wife of Richard, passed away peacefully on October 29 after a brief illness. Brigitte was born in Helmstedt, Germany on April 29, 1940, to Hermann and Ruth Sack, and older sister Rose. Brigitte immigrated to the United States in December of 1960 where she met and married Richard Secrest on. February 12, 1966. They had 59 years of a loving marriage together.

A talented graphic designer and artist as well as a Master Gardener and trained dental assistant. Brigitte was also a great cook and baker.  She also loved her pet dogs.

Brigitte was preceded in death by her parents, her sister and brother-in-law Rose and Jerry Morgan. She is survived by her husband Richard, brother and sister-in-law David and Patti Secrest and many nieces and nephews.

Per Brigitte’s wishes there will be no funeral services.
