VICTORIA L. WOHLT

Victoria L. Wohlt, 70, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Friday, February 15, 2018, at her home.

She was born February 11, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Vincent and Genevieve (Ryzop) Ferrara, Victoria married Darryl K. Wohlt on September 28, 1974 in DeKalb.

Victoria graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and Doctorate EdD degree. She was employed by Northern Illinois College of Education and she enjoyed photography.

She is survived by her husband, Darryl; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Jacqueline.

The Memorial Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, at Anderson Funeral Home in DeKalb with a reception to follow.  Cremation has taken place.
